In short: Plans are month-to-month and billed in advance. You own your domain, content and leads. We guarantee a 100 on-page SEO score, 95+ PageSpeed performance and a 7-day launch, and if you are not happy within 30 days of launch we refund your first month. Cancel any time by emailing [email protected].

1. The agreement

These terms, the plan you choose on our pricing page, ourRefund Policy and our Privacy Policy together form the agreement between you and PrebuiltWebMarket ("we", "us"). If we agree anything different with you in writing (for example, extra pages in an email), that written scope applies to that work. By paying for a plan or setup fee, you accept these terms.

2. Our services

We customise one of our prebuilt website designs with your branding, content and service areas, then host, maintain and support it for as long as your plan is active. Depending on your plan we also write SEO, AEO and GEO blog articles, connect Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, and set up GoHighLevel CRM automations. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page.

We provide websites and marketing tools. We are not responsible for your licences, permits, insurance or the services you sell, and we do not give legal, financial or professional advice about your industry.

3. Plans, fees and billing

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Prices are in US dollars unless your invoice says otherwise, and exclude any taxes that apply to you.
• We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' written notice. Yearly plans keep their price until renewal.
• Third-party costs you ask us to add (for example paid plugins, premium stock images, SMS or phone usage in your CRM, or additional domains) are billed at cost or as agreed in writing.

4. Setup fee and launch

The one-time setup fee covers customising your chosen design, loading your content and launching the site. It is payable when you start. Once we have your content (logo, services, service areas, photos and contact details), we launch within 7 business days. If we miss that through our own fault, your first month is free (see section 9).

5. Content edits

Your plan includes a number of content edits each month (text, photos, prices, service areas and similar changes). Edits are usually completed within two business days. Unused edits do not roll over. New pages, redesigns or new features beyond your plan are quoted before we start.

6. Domain and hosting

Hosting, SSL and backups are included in every plan. You own your domain name. If we register it for you, it is registered in your name, or transferred to you on request, and we will help you transfer it if you leave.

7. Ownership

• Yours: your domain, your business name and logo, the content and photos you supply, your leads and your CRM data.
• Ours: the underlying website designs, templates and code, which we license to you for as long as your plan is active and may reuse for other clients.
• Blog articles we write for you under your plan are yours to keep.
• If you leave, we provide an export of your content and CRM contacts within 14 days of your request. A full copy of the site's code can be purchased on request.

8. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us when something changes.
• Only supply content, photos and logos you own or have permission to use.
• Make sure your offers, claims, reviews and licences shown on the site are true and lawful.
• If you use SMS or email marketing through your CRM, collect proper consent and follow the rules that apply to you (for example TCPA and A2P 10DLC registration in the US, or the Spam Act in Australia).
• Keep a valid payment method on file.

9. Our guarantees and their limits

• Score guarantee: at launch your site scores 100/100 for on-page SEO and 95+ for PageSpeed performance in Google Lighthouse. If it does not, we keep optimising for free until it does.
• 7-day launch guarantee: we launch within 7 business days of receiving your content. If we are late through our own fault, your first month is free.
• 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not happy within 30 days after launch, we refund your first month, as set out in the Refund Policy.

The score guarantee applies at launch. Scores can change if third-party scripts, chat widgets, heavy media or changes you make or ask for are added later. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads or revenue, because they depend on factors outside our control.

10. Cancellation

There is no minimum term. Cancel any time by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: your site stays live until then, and we will not charge you again. Periods already paid are not refunded, except as set out in theRefund Policy.

11. Suspension and termination by us

If a payment fails, we will let you know and try again. If an invoice remains unpaid for 14 days we may suspend the site, and after 30 days we may end the service. We may also end the service immediately if the site is used for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, spam, or anything that breaches the rules of our hosting, CRM or messaging providers.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, or for outages of third-party services we rely on. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will email active clients about material changes at least 30 days before they apply.
