Services
PrebuiltWebMarket provides prebuilt website customisation, hosting, content, SEO and CRM setup services as described in the plan you select.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, plus any one-time setup fee. Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Ownership
You own your domain name, your content, your leads and your CRM data. The underlying website design and code are licensed to you for use while your plan is active. Options to take a full copy of your site can be discussed on request.
Performance guarantee
At launch we test your site in Google Lighthouse. If it does not achieve a 100 on-page SEO score and 95+ performance score, we continue optimising at no charge until it does. Scores can change if third-party scripts or heavy media are later added at your request.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months.
